Embrace the New Normal Way of Managing Transactions

This platform has reduced traditional bottlenecks and allowed us to work more efficiently. We are able to do this through this platform's Dashboard and Workspace modules.

The Dashboard includes a Gantt chart that shows all tasks dependencie and other progress indicators that show the status of phases, drilled down to tasks and sub-tasks. It also includes a calendar and a user-specific display of tasks and sub-tasks. There is also an easy-access link to transaction documents, with indicators to show if they are in review, approved, or rejected. The Dashboard also displays the milestones and facilitates discussions and comments on the transaction in general or on specific phases. The Dashboard is configured to send notifications to relevant team members, including clients, when a task is updated or comments are left.

The Workspace, on the other hand, facilitates the collection of necessary information from clients to complete our deliverables. Initial drafts of documents or preliminary reports could be generated immediately upon submission. Clients may views their entries and make necessary revisions.
